Privacy policy

Who we are

Corta is operated by Corta Panel, 2135 W Church St, Orlando, FL 32805. Questions about your data: contact@cortapanel.com or +1 (407) 250-1406.

What we collect

Account: your e-mail and name. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, e-mail and profile picture with us; we use them only to sign you in and to address you.

Company details you give us at checkout: company name, phone, address and delivery address.

Your cut lists, projects, orders and the messages you send us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.

Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies (see below).

How we use it

To price, cut, band and hand over your orders, send your sign-in links and order updates, answer you, and keep the records required by law.

To measure and improve our ads and the site.

Cookies and ad measurement

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie.

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. When you sign up, create a project, open the payment form or pay, our server also sends that event to Meta and Google with your e-mail encrypted (SHA-256 hash) and the browser identifiers set by them, so we can tell which ads work. We do not send your cut lists or company details.

You can block these cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or change your ad preferences in your Meta account.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service for us: hosting, e-mail, Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, files and analytics) and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Orders and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@cortapanel.com. We answer within 30 days.

Children

Corta is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
