How it works

Type or upload your parts
Width, length, quantity, which sides get tape. Paste from Excel or upload the export from your cabinet software.

See the price and the layout
We nest your parts on the sheet with blade gap and edge trim, so the sheet count is real, not a guess. Cutting, banding and material update as you type.

Place the order and pay
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank account, right on the order page. A panel we quote for you is paid once it is priced.

Panel cutting
from $30 / sheet
$50 up to 5 sheets, $40 from 6, $30 from 16. 8 parts included on each sheet, $6 per extra part on that sheet.
Edge banding
$1.50 / ft
Standard PVC and in-stock colors. Premium ABS $2.50 / ft. Minimum $2 per edge.
Material

We buy the panels from our suppliers and pick them up. The price per sheet shows on your quote once you sign in.
Special parts
priced per part
Doubled edges $5 a strip, full double $20, LED groove $2 / ft, hinge cups $3 each. Picked part by part in your list.

Questions
Can I bring my own panels?+
Only by arrangement. We cut panels bought from our approved suppliers, so we know what goes through the machine. Have a special panel? Call us before you bring it.
Can I bring my own edge tape?+
No. All tape is supplied by Corta so the edge bander runs with the right thickness and glue every time. Standard PVC, in-stock colors and premium ABS are on the price list.
How do you count sheets?+
We nest your parts on the sheet with the blade gap and edge trim, and show you the layout. You can raise the count, not lower it. We confirm it before cutting.
How fast?+
Next day panels: order by noon, parts ready in 3 business days. We cut within 2 business days after the panel arrives. Rush: ready 24 hours after the panel arrives, +30% on services. On request panels: lead time confirmed with the order.
What tolerance?+
Plus or minus 1/32 in (0.8 mm). Replacements are guaranteed on material supplied by Corta.
How do I pay?+
Full amount online when you place the order: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank account (ACH). If your list has a panel for us to quote, you pay once we price it.
Do you drill hinges and cut LED grooves?+
Yes, in the same list. Add a special part and pick the type: Doubled edges, Full double or Door (35 mm hinge cups placed by door height), and the LED groove under Extras. Each one has its price on screen.
Do you deliver?+
Yes: $250 flat within 50 miles of the shop, checked against your address at checkout. Farther than that, pick up at 2135 W Church St or call us.
